Dr. Mack started his career in the mental health field by working as an outpatient mental health practitioner. There, Dr. Mack treated children diagnosed with a wide range of psychological disorders while also facilitating IOP substance abuse groups where he helped treat individuals who struggled with addiction-based disorders. Due to wanting to expand his psychological skill set, he later transitioned to a mental health residential facility where he provided psychotherapy to individuals who suffered from severe mental illnesses. 

Dr. Mack has a Tennessee LPC-MHSP license, Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Tusculum University, a Masters of Science in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Ph.D. from Modern Sex Therapy Institute in Clinical Sexology. His PhD.  focused on treating complicated psychological disorders that hover around sex and sexual-based issues. George chose to pursue this path due to the lack of therapist in the area that offers genuine affirmation for these types of disorders.
